- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
2. Product purpose
ASCEND is designed to help users log training, review progress, track recovery, and receive educational fitness guidance.
ASCEND is not medical care and does not replace a qualified professional.
3. Premium subscriptions
Some features may require a Premium subscription. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple through the user's App Store account.
4. Changes and availability
ASCEND may update features, pricing, legal terms, or availability over time. Continued use of the app after updated terms are published means the updated terms apply.
