• Health and fitness information that users choose to enter
• Training data such as workouts, cardio sessions, exercises, sets, reps, load, notes, and session feedback
• Recovery data such as check-ins, soreness selections, and related body feedback
• Coaching inputs and outputs used to provide training and recovery guidance
• Purchase status needed to unlock Premium features through Apple and RevenueCat

2. How we use information

• To create and maintain user accounts
• To save, organize, and display training history
• To generate coaching, progress, and recovery insights
• To manage Premium access and restore purchases
• To improve reliability, safety, and product quality
• To communicate about support, account, and product matters

3. Third-party services

ASCEND currently relies on Supabase for authentication and data storage, RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure, Apple for in-app purchase processing, and OpenAI for certain coaching features.

4. Tracking

ASCEND is not designed to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. Information is used mainly to operate the app, personalize the experience, and understand product performance.

5. Data retention

ASCEND keeps account and training data while an account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

6. Deletion and requests

Users can request account deletion or privacy support through the support contact route provided on the ASCEND support page and within the app.

7. Health and coaching boundary

ASCEND provides educational fitness and recovery guidance. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
